At Athens RV Sales, we do a thorough "PDI" (Pre-Delivery Inspection) when a unit arrives at our dealership, and prior to the customer taking delivery.  We have a detailed checklist that our technicians use to verify that all appliances and components on the trailer are in proper working condition.  Any missing or faulty components get replaced or repaired immediately.

At the time of the sale, our staff will schedule a time for your walk-thru.  It is during this phase that one of our PDI technicians will demonstrate your unit to you.  He will instruct you on hooking and unhooking your RV with your vehicle and setting up your unit.  He will also explain all the switches and appliances to make sure you have a full understanding of how to operate your new RV.  This process normally takes about an hour but the technician will work according to your pace and comfort level.

When you take delivery of your unit, you will also have full propane tanks and a complimentary package in your RV that includes the major necessities to get you ready for your camping experience.
